Best Hit 1973 Plate

This is a plate given to the members of
the USAF and Navy for participating
in the 1973 Nato Best Hit competition
at Istrana AB (Italian air base)in Italy.
Other countries included Turkey,
Greece, Italy and US.
Over the years, mine got damaged badly
and my ex-crew chief had sent a picture
of his. This is a picture of the plate with
cracks edited them out.
I believe we all enjoyed the time there, great food,
wine and people.

Torrejon AB dorm door 1973

This is a painting on my dorm door
that I never finished while at Torrejon
AB but was able to with finish with the
help of photo editing.
This door got me out of trouble once
while my dorm was being inspected.
They liked the painting and gave me a
pass.

Hope some people remember 'Jungle Jim' back in the early days of drag racing

A little bit about the drawings

This is one of many drawings I do of cars. My favorites are the Ford Mustang and after that any muscle car. I free hand the cars, scan them then I will start adding color with Photoshop. I am still learning how to use Photoshop. I hope you enjoy viewing the pictures as much as I have enjoyed drawing them.

You will notice that most of my cars have to do with racing, big engines and big tires. Later I will be posting drawings of normal cars done with pencil.

The Hawaiian as a Ford GT Funny Car

I always wanted to know what a Ford GT would look like as a Top Fuel Funny Car. Just too bad no one has ever built a real one , at least that I know of.
The Hawaiian was one of many favorites back in the early days of drag racing. There are many more of my favorites as you will see it my drawings in the future.
